MTS Systems Corp., Sensors Div. develops a portable test kit for its off-highway M-Series sensors product line to assist cylinder manufacturers and OEMs in verifying the functionality of M-Series sensors through the cylinder assembly process and after they are installed on equipment.
- Allow cylinder manufacturers to verify the functionality of the sensors once installed in cylinders, prior to the cylinders being shipped to the equipment manufacturers
- Help OEMs determine if a faulty read on a controller is caused by a malfunctioning sensor or by other factors such as a miswired cable harness or the controller's software
- Test kit includes: M-Series Analog/PWM Tester (supports analog, 0-20mA and 0-10V, scaled Pulse Width Modulated (PWM), and PWM Time of Flight (TOF) sensor outputs), an AC wall adapter and charger, a user manual, two cable assemblies for connection and carry bag
